The In2AI ecosystem

One platform. Clear module boundaries.

Practical business capabilities can work within a shared ecosystem while retaining clear purposes, information boundaries and human responsibility. Each capability has its own development stage and availability.

  1. 01ObjectiveDefine the intended outcome
  2. 02AuthoritySet the permitted boundary
  3. 03ActionApply a bounded capability
  4. 04EvidenceRetain a verifiable outcome

Illustrative operational environment

Selected capability relationships, not legal ownership or live integrations. All shown capabilities remain commercially unreleased.

Designed to keep evolving. Reserved architectural capacity for future capabilities. New modules require their own scope, evidence and authority.

CLEAR RESPONSIBILITY / HUMAN CONTROL
  1. Distinct purposeFocused business needs

How capabilities fit together

Shared foundations. Distinct responsibilities.

In2AI is designed around focused capabilities that can evolve without losing clear responsibilities. People retain control over the information and actions each capability may use.

Connection with clear limits

Each capability has a purpose. Important decisions stay accountable.

The aim is useful cooperation without unrestricted access or shared authority. These principles describe the intended approach, not a claim that all connections are implemented.

  1. 01Focused capability

    A distinct business need.

  2. 02Clear purpose

    Understand what support is intended.

  3. 03Controlled connection

    Use information with permission.

  4. 04Human oversight

    Review important outcomes.

Distinct responsibilities

Each capability has its own purpose and limits. Sharing an ecosystem does not grant unrestricted access to information or permission to act.

Current website scope

The website is informational. Demonstrations use example information only, and product development does not establish a connected customer application.

Separate shared responsibilities

Knowledge, project visibility, execution and data control serve different needs.

Continuum concerns business knowledge and continuity. Project Command supports project visibility and coordination. Autonomy Engine concerns authorised execution. Data & Storage Assist concerns local data visibility and control. Each retains its own scope; coordination does not grant permission to execute work.

In2AI Continuum

Shared business knowledge

Knowledge with continuity

  1. Business contextUseful operating knowledge
  2. Clear responsibilityRelevant information for the right purpose
  3. ContinuitySupport changing responsibilities
  4. Human guidanceInformation for review
The wider knowledge capability remains in development. The website demonstration does not establish a connected business system.

Continuum is the shared business knowledge and continuity capability within In2AI Solutions. It is intended to help people retain useful operating knowledge and find relevant guidance without losing context as responsibilities change. Limited compatibility work has been tested with demonstration data; the wider knowledge capability remains in development and is not commercially released.

In2AI Project Command

Project and portfolio understanding

Evidence-backed project visibility

  1. ProgressA clearer view of work
  2. Supporting informationUnderstand what has been checked
  3. Readiness and riskMake informed decisions
  4. ResponsibilityCoordination stays separate from execution
Project Command supports visibility and coordination. Execution requires separate authority.

Project Command provides an internal-beta foundation for evidence-backed project and portfolio visibility. It is intended to help people understand progress, dependencies, readiness and risks before making decisions. Coordination and visibility remain distinct from permission to execute work. Internal beta does not establish a live customer service or commercial availability.

In2AI Autonomy Engine

Shared execution capability

Authorised work. Clear limits.

  1. Defined workA clear purpose
  2. PermissionExplicit limits
  3. Work supportWithin the authorised scope
  4. Progress visibilityReviewable information
  5. Human oversightKeep responsibility clear
  6. OutcomeReview the result
Illustrative principles only. A tested concept does not establish unrestricted automation or commercial availability.

Autonomy Engine is a shared execution capability being developed to support authorised work within explicit boundaries. Its purpose is to help In2AI capabilities carry out permitted tasks while preserving oversight and reviewable outcomes. Limited local proof-of-concept work has been tested. This website provides information only and cannot start execution or grant authority.

In2AI Data & Storage Assist

Visibility and user control

Local data. Clearer understanding.

  1. Your local dataUnderstand files and important copies
  2. Storage visibilitySee where information belongs
  3. Copy awarenessRecognise gaps and duplication
  4. Informed decisionsReview backup and storage concerns
Current tests cover a limited read-only concept with demonstration data. Analysis does not authorise changes to your files.

Data & Storage Assist is being developed to provide local-first visibility into files, copies, backup relationships and storage risk. It is intended to help people make informed decisions while retaining control over their data. Current evidence covers a limited read-only concept tested with demonstration data; broader storage operations and customer use remain future scope.

Shared foundation architecture

Sovereignty and key custody have separate trust boundaries.

These shared foundations describe the intended approach to customer control and sensitive authority. They are design principles, not standalone customer products. Their inclusion does not establish implemented security controls or commercial availability.

In2AI Sovereign Core

Shared foundation / design principles

Customer data authority

  1. Customer controlAuthority over customer-owned data
  2. Operating choiceLocal/private operation where appropriate
  3. Clear boundariesConnections require permission

Customer data authority and commercial licensing/signing/update authority remain separate.

A shared foundation design. No standalone commercial product, implemented security certification or universal privacy guarantee is claimed.

Sovereign Core is the shared foundation design for customer-data authority and local/private operation where appropriate. The aim is meaningful customer control without making a universal privacy or security promise.

Planned foundation scope

  • Customer data sovereigntyCustomer authority over their data, access and recovery.
  • Security & integrity controlsBounded access and confidence in the integrity of data and software.
  • Credentials VaultSensitive custody with clear responsibility, described separately below.
  • Cryptographic trustA design direction for trustworthy software and customer-controlled data recovery.
  • Post-quantum readiness & crypto agilityPost-quantum readiness is a planned security direction. No implemented quantum resistance or security certification is claimed.

The design keeps customer-data authority separate from commercial licensing, software signing and update authority. Commercial licence expiry must not remove access to customer-owned data.

In2AI Credentials Vault

Shared foundation / design principles

Governed credential custody

  1. Authorised accessClear responsibility
  2. Separated authoritySensitive custody remains distinct
  3. Controlled useWithin permitted scope
  4. Reviewable outcomeOnly the permitted result

Credential custody remains separate from general application and AI reasoning.

AI has no unrestricted vault access. This is a governing design principle; no connected credentials service or commercial product is offered.

Governed credential custody is designed to keep sensitive authority separated from general application and AI reasoning. It remains a shared foundation responsibility, with implementation and operation requiring their own evaluation.

AI has no unrestricted vault access. Customer-data recovery and commercial software trust retain separate responsibilities.

Current state

Development preview: prototype demonstrations and design principles only. No live customer applications or commercial services are offered.
